Ali Riza Kale

•   Born in Inebolu, 1952
•   Completed high school in İzmir Özel Türk College
•   Completed BS degree in Ege University on Mechanical Engineering in 1974
• He started his professional career within TEK (Turkey Electricity Agency) in 1971. During his 12 years of career, he took roles as a mechanical engineer and installation manager
•   Between the years 1983-1997, he took management roles for national and international energy & technological installation projects and civil construction projects at STFA.
•   As he held a member of the board position in EPRO Energy & Industry Co. In 1997, he also managed the overseas projects.
•   During the General manager position of EPRO MMC-Baku and took part in management during all the phases of the projects such as electromechanical installation, instrumentation, and test & commissioning.
•   He took a role within TML Co. as of 2007 as Deputy General Manager and managed serious industrial projects in Libya and Azerbaijan.
•   Ali Rıza Kale speaks fluent English and a member of the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers.

Kemal Burak Kale

•   Born in İzmir, 1978.
•   Completed high school in American Collegiate Institute.
• Completed a BS degree at Yeditepe University on Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 2003.
• He started his professional career as site chief in Azerbaijan projects within EPRO Co. in 2002. He managed steel support fabrication of BP offshore platforms.
•   As he worked as a technical office engineer between years 2004-2007 he took the role on electrical heat tracing the design, procurement, installation and offer preparation works
•   Between years 2002-2008, he was the section manager for electrical and instrumentation works
•   He held the general coordinator position within TML Co. between the years 2008-2010. Managed finance monitoring, project management of serious projects in Libya
•   He worked as an EPC channel sales manager & international project coordinator within Schneider Electric between the years 2010-2016.
•   Took role within General Electric for a short term within 2016 as steam power country sales manager and managed coal-powered power plants market including business development.
•   Continued his career as procurement coordination manager within GAP Co. Managed procurement and logistics activities of the International Turkmenbashi Seaport Project worth over 1.5 B$.
•   Burak Kale speaks fluent English and Azerbaijani. Proficient in Office, Primavera, and ACAD.

Cemal Mert Kale

•   Born in İzmir, 1985.
•   Completed high school in American Collegiate Institute.
•   Completed Mechanical Engineering Technologies at Texas A&M University and completed a BS major degree in Old Dominion University on Mechanical Engineering and a minor degree in Project Management.
• He started his professional career within ERMA Teknik in 2011 as a quality control engineer and managed industrial inspection, NDT and heat treatment activities.
•   Between the years 2012-2013, he was project manager within MICHA Galvanized Steel Construction Co. He managed high capacity projects of multinational companies.
•   Within 2013 he managed high capacity tank farm manufacturing planning activities Dubai EMAL Project of INCO Group Of Companies in Dubai.
•   Between the years 2013-2015, he took a role at STFA Co. as a tender engineer and worked within serious projects in the Middle East and Africa for renewable energy projects and jetties.
•   Worked as fabrication and mechanical works control chief of Garaboaz Fertilizer Plant -Turkmenistan within GAP Co.
•   Mert Kale speaks fluent English and proficient in Primavera, SAP, AutoCAD and Nastran/Patran.
